Centered around improving your ability to move freely and easily without any restrictions or pain, our mobility-focused one-on-one personal training coaching sessions identify any areas that may require improvement, and work on exercises and stretches to help you achieve greater mobility.
How to prepare:
- Contact reception to book
- Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time
- Wear clothes which you can work out in and sturdy fitness shoes
- Bring: your water bottle, camera (if you would like us to capture you in an impressive pose)
- Towels and equipment are provided
- Core-support belt provided if needed
