Treatment Details

Help improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall conditioning by incorporating our private circuit-based training sessions. One of our experienced team will work with you one-on-one providing guidance, motivation, and feedback throughout the session, ensuring that safe and targeted movements push you further towards your health and fitness goals. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time - Wear clothes which you can work out in and sturdy fitness shoes - Bring: your water bottle, camera (if you would like us to capture you in an impressive pose) - Towels and equipment are provided - Core-support belt provided if needed Available for couples and small groups for $80 per person
