Treatment Details

This workshop offers a safe and nurturing space for individuals to cultivate mindfulness, presence, and deep relaxation. Through a variety of meditation techniques, including breath awareness, body scans, and guided visualizations, participants are invited to quiet their minds, release tension, and connect with their inner wisdom. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time - Take advantage of multiple appointments during your stay if necessary
