Enjoy a 15 minute initial consultation over the phone, an in-person 30 minute pre-therapy planning session and an in-depth one-on-one 60 minute hypno-therapy session, all with our Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Complete the pre-appointment forms and bring them with you to your appointment - Arrive at reception, at least five minutes before your allocated session times
