Enjoy both an in-depth 90 minute initial consultation and a 30 minute follow up appointment (in person or by phone) with our experienced Naturopath and Herbalist. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book. - Complete the pre-appointment forms and bring them with you to your appointment. - Arrive at the pool-side gym, at least five minutes before your allocated session time.
