Treatment Details

Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety. With regular practice, it regulates sleep patterns, alleviates insomnia, and enhances overall sleep quality. Our practitioner will take you through at least three breathing practices focused on cultivating serenity, finding solace and achieving restful sleep. How to prepare: - Contact reception to book - Wear warm, comfortable clothes which you are happy to sit in - Bring: your water bottle, camera - Arrive at reception, at least five minutes before your allocated session time. Please make yourself known to our reception team
